Methodist Medical Center of Oak Ridge has one of this region’s most comprehensive health education programs for patients, their families, and the community at large. While many of our classes and activities are tailored for young families, we also offer health management classes and support groups for adults of all ages; smoking cessation and heart-healthy cooking classes for people who want to make important lifestyle changes; camps and workshops for young people; exercise classes for people ranging from toddlers to seniors; and special events for the entire community.
