After you receive care at Methodist Medical Center, you may receive a patient survey by mail, text or email (if you provided a cell phone number and/or email address at registration). The survey asks about your visit and your experience with us.
Methodist Medical Center is a member of Covenant Health, so the name on the survey may be different — it may be from Covenant Health or from the Covenant Health facility that manages the location where you received care. The survey should take only about 5-10 minutes to complete, and your personal information and responses are confidential and secure. As with all electronic communications, you can unsubscribe at any time.
